Product purpose
Small Business Control Center is a desktop organization and planning tool for small-business operations. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
License
The planned V1 production offer is a single-purchaser lifetime desktop license with up to two active computers at a time. The license is for use of the purchased product and does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Permitted use
You may use the application for your own business activities within the activation limit associated with your license. You may make reasonable backup copies of your own exported business data.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or provide the application or license key as a standalone product to another person or business, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Data responsibility
V1 stores business information locally. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for reviewing information entered into or calculated by the application before relying on it for business decisions.
Availability and updates
Features, supported operating systems, and future services may change over time. Future cloud or hosted services, if introduced, may have separate pricing or terms.
Purchases
When sales open, checkout, taxes, receipts, and payment processing will be handled through the payment provider presented at checkout. Any refund terms applicable to a purchase will be presented through the checkout or order process and remain subject to applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future versions or services. The latest version will be published on this website with its effective date.
